Ayodhya Ram Mandir Pran Pratishtha: January 22 is the Dwadashi date of Shukla Paksha of Pausha month in the Hindu calendar. According to mythology, it is the same day when Lord Vishnu took the form of a tortoise to help Amrit Manthan (Ocean Churning).
Other than this, the date falls in the Mrigashira Nakshatra constituting three auspicious yogas, Sarvartha Siddhi Yoga, Amrit Siddhi Yoga and Ravi Yoga. Hence, January 22 holds great cultural, mythological and astronomical significance.
Darshan timings
The darshan in temple are starts from 7 am morning to 11:30am afternoon and from 2pm to 7pm.
Aarti timings
Three aarti will done every day at 6.30 am, 12.00 noon, and 7.30 pm, respectively. Passes are need for aarti ceremony.

Live telecast arrangements have been made for the ‘Pran Pratishtha’ ceremony of the Ram Temple in Ayodhya Dham. The entire event will be telecast live on DD News and DD National channels of Doordarshan. Doordarshan will also share feed with other news agencies. A live broadcast of the ceremony will be broadcast at various Indian embassies and consulates around the world. Narendra Modi to attend Ram Mandir inauguration
The ‘Pran Pratishtha’ of the Ram temple in Ayodhya will take place on January 22, which will be attended by Prime Minister Narendra Modi and other dignitaries. According to temple trust, invites have gone to about 8,000 guests for the ceremony. Note: Bookings made on the same day completely depend on slot availability. Also, to receive Aarti passes, devotees must show up at the camp office at Shri Ram Janmabhoomi 30 minutes ahead of the Aarti Schedule with a valid government ID.

108-foot-long incense stick lit at Ayodhya
Sri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust Mahant Nritya Gopal Das on Tuesday lit a 108-foot-long incense stick brought here from Gujarat. Das lit the incense stick amid a huge crowd chanting “Jai Shri Ram”. The fragrance from the incense stick will reach a distance of 50 km, it has been claimed.
The incense stick weighing 3,610 kg has a width of around three-and-a-half feet. It has been brought to this Uttar Pradesh town from Gujarat’s Vadodara. Cow dung, ghee, essence, flower extracts and herbs were used to prepare the incense stick, which, once lit, will last for about a month and a half. The consecration ceremony of the Ram temple in Ayodhya is scheduled to be held on January 22.
51-kg incense stick prepared for Ram Mandir consecration
A 5-foot tall, 51-kilogram incense stick has been prepared in Mahakal Ujjain ahead of the mega-event in Ayodhya. The incense stick will be lit on January 22 during the consecration ceremony on the banks of the Shipra River at Ramghat in Ujjain.
The construction of this incense stick was done using cow dung, cow ghee, sandalwood, dried flowers, ghee, and other natural aromatic substances.
